Positions Available: • Maintenance Techs • Carpenters • Maintenance Foreman • Traveling (National) Maintenance Techs & Residential Remodelers Position Details: Maintenance Techs • Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills • All facets of apartment make ready Carpenters/Remodelers • Interior and Exterior remodeling • Cabinet re-facing, door hanging, countertop installation • Sheetrock repair and finishing • Kitchen and bath remodeling • Basic electrical and plumbing Maintenance Foreman • Supervise all aspects of property maintenance including maintenance team, work orders, scheduling, make readies, working with vendors • Hands on management style • Complete work orders • Basic electrical and plumbing • Must have own tools All applicants must have their own tools and transportation.
