Hey...Thanks for reading this...I am a well seasoned vocalist...trained, spent years singing in cover bands, original bands, wedding bands, tribute bands, doo wop groups....you name it...I am a bit burned out on the whole cover scene, as I currently play drums in a local band, but I want to still present cool material, that other bands don't/won't/can't play, live. Great college radio bands, B sides, deep cuts, and stuff that other people think won't work in whatever scenario they happen to be in, but given the correct presentation, would keep an audience entertained and happily drinking and chilling or whatever. Looking for musical people, not gig whores looking to fill in that 23rd gig of the month with whoever will have them sit in...people who understand dynamics, flow, and can straight up play well with decent, gig appropriate gear. I know I sound kind of like a dick, but I tried this once or twice before, and had no end of responses from the local guitar and drum heroes who just wanted to play. Anything, anywhere, anytime. Open to reasonably similar ideas...
