JOB - Replacing a few shingles to cover woodpecker holes, replacing gable end wood vent and painting rake boards. TOOLS - Must have your own 40 ft extension ladder and have all your own Carpentry tools. YOU - need to be an experienced Carpenter that is able to safely work 2nd floor level from a 40' ladder. A few woodpecker holes need to be plugged and covered with a shingle, gable end wood vent and laundry vent need to be replaced. Upper rake boards need to be primed and painted white. You will need to sign an accident waiver. Compensation: $35 per hour or as agreed (job is in Portsmouth). Job will probably take about 6 hours/day for 2 days so the total for 12 hours would be $420. Payment in Cash at Job completion. Owner has cedar shingles, replacement vents and paint. Contact me at 401-219-9377.
