Need Assistance to Fix Mould and Vent

Hi I have two small projects that need to be completed. I have a mould on my floor that needs to be removed and replaced. I also have a ceiling vent that fell out so I need the surrounding fixed, new vent and for it to be put on the ceiling. These are two separate jobs so I need quotes for both. They may not be done at the same time. Whoever does this will need to get the parts.
