Description

We are looking for a project manager. We are rapidly growing roofing company based out of Mokena Illinois. As we continue our expansion, we are looking to hire a skilled and experienced Project Manager for our reconstruction unit. We are seeking driven, highly personable, and detail-oriented candidates with experience in construction in a supervisory capacity. Responsibilities: -Overseeing all aspects of restoration of damaged property to pre-loss condition, including scheduling subcontractors, overseeing completion of jobs, and completing all paperwork and transactions. -Manage all subcontractors from beginning to end of assignment, conducting weekly/bi-weekly quality assurance and progress inspections -Maintain and manage project management job board, including scheduling documenting completed jobs Qualifications: -Experience in residential construction (or related) experience -Knowledge of construction materials, quality, and purchasing -Knowledge and understanding of building codes is preferred but not required -Must have valid driver’s license
