MISSING BLACK FEMALE CAT

My cat Freya went missing November 3rd at around 10pm so on Boone and Nettleton. My son accidentally left the backdoor open. She's a fixed, chipped all black short hair. She has a a black skull and crossbones collar with a scraps tag with my phone number on it. But its a safety collar and she might've lost it. She's indoor only and has no fear of dogs. I'm going out of my mind worrying, she's never been outside and she's very friendly. She's missing a small patch of hair behind her ears. Please let me know if you find her.
