I need a plow service for a small rental apartment building in the city of Columbia. I need a contract where you plow once snow is between 2-3 inches. Or divide the job in half and plow twice, if it will snow beyond five inches. I also need a cost for adding removal of snow from the sidewalk in front of the building. Address: 310-312 Cherry St. 17512 There is another plow job off Centerville Rd north of Rt 30 that I want to add, but the apartment building in Columbia is my primary concern.
