Help with a Virtual Tour of DC Neighborhood

I am planning on renting an office in Washington, DC and would like a virtual tour of a few buildings in the area before I visit in person. I will send you about 10 addresses (mostly around the national mall area). We can do a video call with you showing me each of the buildings and areas as you are walking there. Perhaps visit the lobby of some buildings. I estimate this would take 3-4 hours in total. In your response, please let me know when you are available, a little about yourself, and your desired rate.
