Looking to re-home my black lab puppy

It breaks my heart to have to do this, but I'm looking to re-home my puppy due to my current living situation that does not allow dogs. She is an 11 month old black lab, has all initial vaccines, and is spayed and chipped. She is great with people and other dogs. She has plenty of energy and loves to fetch the ball on land or in water. She would make a great family dog and would benefit from having a nice yard and another dog(s) to play with. I paid $500 for her in January, 2021 and have put approximately $700-800 more into her for vaccines, chip, spayed, etc. I am asking $250 for her. She comes with two kennels (one large plastic kennel and a large cage-style kennel that breaks down), as well as plenty of toys. The most important thing is that I find a loving family for her that I feel I can trust!
