We have a steep supervisor position available in Denver. Our business is growing and we are looking for professional with residential construction knowledge. This position will involve inspecting and supervising steep and some flat roofs; shingles, metal roofing, EPDM, TPO, gutters, downspouts, sheet metal flashings, etc. Experienced applicant is proffered but will we train. What will we want you to do? · Review project plans with Steep Production Manager at the start of each project · Ensure your crews adhere to Company's safety and quality procedures · Communicate directions from Production Manager and PM to crews · Inspect screws work performed and ensure installation guidelines have been followed · Communicate progress of job and any issues to Production Manager To be successful you'll need the following: · One year construction experience · Knowledge of a Residential Construction · Knowledge of OSHA is a plus · Ability to problem solve · A solid driving record · Must be able to climb a ladder & work at heights; position may require lifting up to 80 lbs Required languages: · Spanish · English Required license or certification: Driver's License
