A highly successful, ever expanding family owned and operated candle manufacturing company is looking for a motivated, reliable, and hard-working individual to join our team. This individual should be driven and able to quickly progress in their career into managing a small team in all aspects of the manufacturing process. Job Requirements; Qualifications: Candidate for this position must be able to demonstrate these abilities: • Extreme attention to detail and enjoy working with your hands • Learn, execute, and eventually teach industry and manufacturer's instructions • Order pulling & packaging • Operate light machinery • Clear and concise communication skills (verbal and written) • Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus but not required • Basic Math Skills • Efficiently operate in a high-energy, fast paced, team oriented manufacturing environment • Multi-task while keeping quality of work product at a high-level • Physically capable of lifting items up to 50 pounds • Adherence to work schedule (9am to 5:30pm, Monday thru Friday) • Possess dependable transportation (Part time positions also available)
