Commercial cleaning and porter company is looking for a part time porter for a beautiful community in Celina. START DATE: NOVEMBER 29.... possibly sooner if the right employee is hired and trained fast enough. Scope of work is listed below. Just show up with the great attitude with kindness, integrity, and dependability. Starting pay: averages $18.75 to $21.25 per hour - depending on the day of the week. Slight increase of approx 10% is available after 30 days for the right team member! SCOPE OF WORK: Walking trail & pond area: Year-round – 3 visits per week - MONDAY, WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY (approx 3 hours) •Pick up trash along the walking trails, and grassy areas that can be reached, including 3 ponds(skim the edges only) •Pick up trash in the common areas such as parking lot of pool area •Empty all trashcans and reline •Pick up trash at the entrance of community Dog Park area: Year-round – 1 visit per week - FRIDAYS (approx 30-45minutes) •Pick up trash •Empty trash cans and reline •Wipe down water fountain as needed Pool/Restroom area: Seasonal: (May – Oct) 5 weekly visits-MON-FRI & Non-Season: (Oct – April) 2 weekly visits- MONDAY AND FRIDAY (approx 1-2 hours) •Pool deck area: straighten pool furniture, wipe down tables, pick up trash on pool deck and around cabana area •Clean and disinfect pool restrooms: sweep, mop, clean toilets, sinks, mirrors, empty trash cans and reline, restock paper and soap products •Empty trash cans and reline This job will go fast, so apply now!
