JOB DESCRIPTION • The job consists of physical labor that requires "contractor-like" skill-sets (PAINTING, TEXTURING, CARPENTRY, TILING, INSTALLING APPLIANCES, INSTALLING LIGHTING, BASIC PLUMBING, some LANDSCAPING, etc.). • The position calls for a hardworking individual that possesses these skill-sets, likes to work, is a self-starter, and can work in a group as well as alone. JOB SCHEDULE • DAYS: Mon - Fri (Some Saturdays. And can be somewhat flexible.) • HOURS: 7:00am - 5:30pm (hours may vary from project to project) • DAILY PAY RATE: Depends on experience.
