Hiring for easy-going repair / maintenance position for multiple rental properties in Collin County. Flexible hours.
Should have multiple skills in repair & construction including repairing leaks, sheetrock, painting, installing hardware, replacing siding, landscaping, operating tools/saws/machinery.
Employer may be able to help with setting up a local housing situation, if move required.
Expected 25-30 hours per week of work.
Can teach some skills but prefer an experienced repair / handyman for the job.
