Mow Lawn Rake and Dispose of Leaves

We are looking for someone to mow our lawn and rake leaves. NEED EQUIPMENT AND EXPERIENCE. The area of our Lot needing mowed is about 3/4 acre, two trees have lost their leaves over the past 3 weeks. Large front yard, side yard, patio covered in leaves, and the small area behind the shop to collect leaves and mow as well as leaves in the driveway. Willing to pay $200 1 time cleanup and I am also interested in twice a month maintenance at $150 Mo YEAR ROUND...otherwise if not able to do it year-round I am interested in 1-time cleanup at $200.00 I have set a few appointments with landscape companies but having a hard time getting someone RELIABLE with equipment.
