Hello! We are looking for a very responsible, communicative and friendly employee to help us with our AirBnB/ VRBO short term rental turn over service. In person services listed below will be required after each guest stay (dates will vary depending on bookings). The rental unit is in Bromley Village (Peru, VT) and is a 2 bedroom 1 bath. Services required: - Housekeeping/cleaning to make the rental sparkling for each new guest - vacuuming, bathroom cleaning/sanitizing, window washing (interior), sweep & swifer, wash sheets & towels, remake beds, wash any dishes, take out trash, empty refrigerator/freezer, etc. - Set up unit to specific instructions provided by owner (manual will be provided) - Send images of completed set up to owner PRIOR to leaving for confirmation of completion We are offering $75.00/hr per cleaning and plan to hire the same person to clean and set up the rental after each visit (expect 1 - 2 hours of work, up to 2 times a week). Heavy traffic is expected through the winter season and through part of the spring. Summer work is also anticipated at a slightly reduced rate.
