JOB DESCRIPTION: Must perform general custodial duties as assigned by site management including and not limited to bathrooms, floors, furniture, windows, walls, doors, and other areas assigned to specific properties being serviced. Must be able to comprehend written and verbal instructions, communicate in both written and verbal form. Must be able to lift and handle up to 50 pounds. Must have ability to use standard cleaning chemicals, hand tools, and power cleaning tools. Must be able to fulfill daily work schedule in timely manner and attend scheduled shift/work times including own transport. Must follow all company policies, regulations, state, local, and federal laws. LOCATION: Cleaning will be performed at multiple locations within the Magic Valley. A company vehicle will be provided. SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; This position will cover vacancies, schedule will vary day to day. Majority of cleaning will occur in the evenings.
