The Housekeeper performs routine custodial services for common area facilities throughout our 55+ active adult community. This position will clean and sanitize various buildings, meeting rooms, offices, restrooms, the fitness center, etc. Routine cleaning includes dusting, wiping, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying wastebaskets.

Schedule
• Monday - Friday
• 5:00 am - 1:30 pm or 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Essential Functions
• Clean building offices, workstations, and common areas by dusting, wiping, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying wastebaskets.
• Clean, sanitize and de
odorize restroom facilities and fixtures including sinks, urinals, toilets, and showers and maintain fixtures and replenish supplies in restrooms.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, shampoo, wax, strip, and polish floors using a variety of chemicals, cleaners, and equipment.
• Dust and polish furniture, woodwork, fixtures, and equipment.
• Wash interior and exterior windows, mirrors, walls, and ceilings.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one (1) year of related experience.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures, equipment, and supplies.
• Accustomed to working independently and completing tasks on time.
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours on a regular basis.
• Must be able to push, pull, kneel, and bend at the knee and waist regularly.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
