Small property Management Company located in Ardmore is looking for help tidying up our buildings on weekends. Our office is open between the hours of 10:00am - 6:30pm. Available hours on Saturdays and Sundays, hourly rate is $16.75. Duties of this position will include but are not limited to: - Vacuuming common hallways - Mopping floors - Cleaning common areas such as laundry rooms, foyers and elevators - Changing light bulbs in common areas - Ensuring that the parking lots are free of trash Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, an automobile, and valid car insurance.
