I am looking to IMMEDIATELY HIRE general construction helpers for the in the Lexington, SC area. A qualified candidate is someone who has reliable transportation, a pair of steel toed boots, and a GOOD work ethic. You will also need to have a clean background and a valid driver’s license. The job consists of guardrail installation on the side of highways. It is labor intensive work, involving carrying heavy material and working in the elements. The starting pay for this job is 19/hour Construction General Labor Duties include: Installation of guardrail installation on the side of highways General site tasks: sweeping, cleanup, demolition, mowing solar fields, landscaping, etc. Assisting trades and leaders on site Load and unload materials, stage items throughout the construction site Other duties as requested by the site supervisor Construction General Labor Desired Requirements include: Construction experience preferred, but not required Reliable and dependable Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform physical job tasks in a variety of weather. Have Steel Toed Boats (we will supply the remainder of PPE required).
