Need a jack of all trades for punchlist work. Install thresholds,blinds, touch up paint, install light fixtures, *hang doors*,towel racks etc. Also need someone who is not afraid of getting in attic to fish wires. If you drink or do drugs in the am to get your day going, no thank you..I can tell. Must have transportation. $17 hr. If you know how to hang doors and run wires pay $22 hr. can pay after 2nd day. Too many fly by nighters
