Residential Foreman needed to work under the direction of Senior Superintendent overseeing multiple high-end spec homes located along 30A and in Niceville Florida. The individual we are looking for must be a go getter and a hard worker, have residential construction experience and have a prior history of accomplishing tasks assigned to them in a timely and efficient manner. We will work with and train the right individual who is looking for a long term career with a stable company. Job duties that are part of this position include: -Reading plans and following directions. -Working with the Senior Superintendent to schedule and direct the day-to-day activities for multiple houses. -Assisting the Senior Superintendent with performing takeoffs for the purchase of miscellaneous construction materials. -Releasing as directed by the Senior Superintendent materials to the jobsite in an efficient manner. -Cross checking the quality of work being performed by the subcontract trades. -Marking on floors and walls the location of all lighting fixtures and verification of all rough-in locations of the MEP subcontractors with assistance as required from the Senior Superintendent. -Coordinating with the Senior Superintendent the calling in of inspections after verifying that the required elements have been performed by subcontractors. -Maintaining the high standard of quality expected by the company for all interior and exterior finishes. -Ensuring that a safe and clean worksite is maintained to include requiring subcontractors to clean up after themselves and picking things up and placing them in the dumpster as needed. -Ensuring that all invoices/receiving tickets are properly coded and returned to the office in a timely manner. -Picking up and organizing surplus material and returning it for credit prior to it being damaged. -Completion of daily reports and tool-box safety meetings. -Marking up drawings at the jobsite with all field changes. -Interfacing with subcontractors, realtors, buyers and owners in a professional manner. -Reporting to and coordinating with the Senior Superintendent of the Company on a daily basis. -Installing Division 10 toilet accessories on an as needed basis.
