Wanted professional dry wall finisher. I have torn out three walls, drywalled in the necessary areas, applied the first coat of mud and now need it finished off, ready to prime. I pay $25 per hour and expect nothing but a professional job. Carpenter: There are other projects that need to be done as well: Install an exterior door, rebuild a window with brick molding and a sill, help with floor trim, replace exterior siding boards, install a subfloor and lay tile, linoleum or in a small bathroom....plus other work. I pay per hour, while you are working. No travel pay and I do not pay during lunch or dinner time. You will clock in and clock out on a white board. I am super easy to work for, but expect someone to put in an honest days work and be paid for the time working. I pay $25 per hour and if you expect more please do not contact me.
