Job Duties: - Our job is to remediate properties that have been damaged by fire, water, and mold. Demolition work and general clean-up. - Set up and monitor drying equipment. - Must be able to photograph and document work properly. - Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe site. - Must be able to go anywhere in the tri-county area, close leads & sign contracts with the property owner. Qualifications: - Experience a plus! - Ability to work after hours/on-call on a rotational basis. - Have a team spirit, a positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills. - Must pass a criminal background. - Must have a valid driver's license. - Team player. - Must be very reliable.
