Schlutz Kitchens and Baths- Seeking a Carpenter Apprentice. We are a small and passionate team of professionals looking to add ONE special individual to the team. At least one year of prior construction experience is necessary to be considered. Job duties include: -Demo of residential kitchens and bathrooms assisting a lead carpenter as needed -Jobsite management -Installation of plywood, flooring, cabinets, trim, custom showers, etc. -Pickup and drop off of materials to job sites/ office using company vehicle -Mowing and yardwork duties at owner's personal residences -Assist on job sites with general labor. Getting out/putting away tools. Keeping job sites clean. Help with moving materials and lifting. Requirements: -Must have valid drivers license and no recent DUIs -Able to lift heavy items and do very manual labor Opportunity for advancement: -We are a continually growing, respected, home renovation and building company. Our lead carpenters earn $2,000+ a week. If you are motivated, driven, eager/willing to learn, and catch on, you can QUICKLY advance from the general labor position and start as a full-time installer.
