We can wait a few days until you have some 'free' time from your regular job or already-scheduled projects - wait for when you have down days and would appreciate some extra income from a cool local project, What we need on a large home remodel project: Skilled Individuals & 1-3 man crews, well-tooled for their specialty. • OUTSIDE: • Concrete, Pavers, • Keystone Blocks, • Landscaping sod & planting groups, • Chain Link Fencing for Dog Runs, • Landscaping, • Welded Wrought Iron Fencing, • Roof Repair - Shiplap & Rafter Tail Replacements, • Roof Repairs - 40 YR Shingles, • INSIDE: • Plumbing, • Bath Remodel, • Bath & Kitchen Cabinets Needed, • Granite fabrication & Installation, • Ceramic Tile, • Hardwood Floors • Existing Hardwood Floor Refinishing, • HVAC Tech to Complete new 5-Zone Mitsubishi Split System, • 2 Wall Heads, 3 Horizontal air handlers, • HVAC Sheetmetal Plenums and Short Flex Ductwork to Returns & Registers, • Window & Door Replacement Installation Possible BONUS to Consider - There is a professional YouTube Videographer living on the property if any of you guys want to walk away with a hi-tech, professional YouTube Video of you doing your trade. They can set up some GoPros around your work area in the morning before they leave for the day. Those GoPros can then record 'B-roll footage' that can then be edited down to make you a couple of professional 1-5 minute YouTube videos you can then use to promote your skills to the world. He normally travels to professional businesses to make these videos full time. That's what he does for a living. Thought I'd include the offer here, if any of you want to take advantage to show off your mad trade skills. Just a random bonus thought...<br WHO? --- Property maintenance guy or gal, handyman-type, apartment maintenance tech with remodel skills-- someone who works for remodel or building contractor, but has days free or is underemployed -- even a semi-retired 'old guy :-) What's your pops up to besides driving your moms crazy? Licensed SOLO guy or gal with a helper. Sure.. Skilled laborer. I want specific talented trade guys or gals to work at our home part-time or full-time over the coming year and to take care of what needs doing - room by room, space by space, exterior yard-space by space - an acre here. SKILLS? ---- construction experience, apartment maintenance experience, remodel skills TOOLS ---- you are tooled-up and have transportation to La Habra. PART-TIME or FULL-TIME --- days or weekends. We can try to make something work. PAY? --- I can pay you hourly or by a daily rate.
