Mechanic needed for 96 350 460 motor

I have a 96 f350 I put a 460 crate motor in and this thing is still not idling or shifting right. This is the older obd1. I have alot of money in this truck and need it to run. If you think you have the skills to do it please contact me and you can start immediately. I'm not looking for cheap I am looking for it to run like a new 460 should.
