Need the following done at the following prices for a bank owned property: Initial Inspection: $10 Initial Grass Cut: $35 Winterization: $50 Debris Removal: $12/cubic yard (minimum $120, maximum $2400) Smoke/CO2 Detectors: $30 Change of Locks: $35 Toilet/Fridge Cleaning: $70 The debris removal will need to be done in two stages: 1) It all needs to be placed outside in one organized pile to estimate the cubic yards. 2) Once the estimated volume is confirmed we can decide whether to get a dumpster or haul to landfill. This is all bank work, so that means that the bank has to review and accept the completed work, that is normally done and approved within within 5 days after photos are received and work completed, you must be ok with that. Payment will be via Zelle under $500 and ACH deposit if the final balance is over $500.
