Condo with pre-cast slab concrete ceilings. The ceilings have pop-corn paint. I want them scraped/sanded down to the concrete or as smooth as possible. It’s about 700 sqft of work and I’ll offer $1200.00 for the job. This includes cleanup and you will need you’re own tools.
