Job Description Established property management/real estate company seeks multi-talented person to join our maintenance team to service our properties in the Portland Metro Area. Qualified candidates will have : * 3+ years previous Property Management Maintenance experience i.e. light electrical, plumbing, wall repair, carpentry, cabinet installations/repair, painting, water heater repair/installations, minor appliance repair, seasonal and preventative building maintenance, gutter maintenance/repair and other construction related items. * Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently to schedule projects and complete tasks. * Ability to follow given instructions. * Own truck or similar work appropriate vehicle, insurance, and general maintenance tools. * Ability to reach, bend, lift up to 50 lbs as needed. * Valid driver's license with clean driving record. * Extensive knowledge of the Portland Metro Area. * Ability to read, write and communicate clearly in English * Proficient navigating an iPad Duties and Responsibilities : * Communicate with tenants and Property Managers in response to work orders and schedule repairs. * Residential and Commercial building maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and remodeling. * Performs maintenance inspections of homes and identify problem areas. * Prepare vacant homes for new tenancies. * Preventative/seasonal maintenance. * On-Call rotation for emergency repairs.
