Our young and growing specialty foods distribution business is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven part-time Warehouse Associate who shares the same values of the Company, to perform the following and eventually grow with us in the long-term. Tentative Hours are: 11am – 5pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10am - 6pm Tuesdays & Thursdays Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Receiving and inspecting shipments • Pulling orders and rotating stock • Cleaning and maintaining warehouse in orderly condition • Basic warehouse functions: ability to use a forklift and pallet-jack; pulling orders and rotating stock • Ensure that all food (shelf-stable, refrigerated, and frozen) are treated within all food safety guidelines • Assist with loading delivery vehicles in an efficient and organized manner The ideal candidate will: • Be reliable (show up to work consistently) • Be honest and trustworthy • Be able to communicate politely (and effectively) • Be diligent in their work • Have a positive attitude • Have a strong work ethic (work long hours and many days) • Work well within a team environment • Be capable of lifting up to 55-lbs at a time, frequently • Be certified to operate a forklift • Have an appreciation and understanding of Natural/Organic/Vegan/Gluten-Free and foods Qualified and interested candidates, please email your resume with the subject heading 'Natural Warehouse.'
