Local building maintenance company is hiring for a part time, 15 to 20 hours per week, maintenance employee. There is definitely potential for more hours. This would be someone with skills and experience to do "light duty" handyman work, like light fixture replacement, basic plumbing, small paint jobs, door handle adjustments, install blinds, roof and gutter cleaning, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, janitorial cleaning, window cleaning, etc. Experience and your own tools are needed. COVID vaccination is required as this work will be done in a medical building. Flexible working hours as some of the work will be done during the day, some during the evening, some on weekends.
