Maintenance Engineer - Bellevue, WA As a Maintenance Engineer, you will have the opportunity to utilize hands-on skills to perform building repairs and maintenance tasks, including basic preventive maintenance to the building structure and systems, light maintenance, and light plumbing repairs. You will also be part of a culture committed to sustainability and utilizing strategic energy. This position will work at a class-A commercial property located in downtown Bellevue. Skills: Mechanical aptitude Excellent customer service Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Current driver’s license DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Functions include but are not limited to: Performs general maintenance and repairs on assigned buildings Changes lighting fixtures Makes minor plumbing repairs Orders lighting and plumbing equipment and supplies Performs odd jobs for tenants (e.g. including moving furniture, hanging photos) Performs other maintenance as directed by work orders Participates in the Engineering on-call schedule Drives company vehicle, as needed ADA Requirements Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
