Skilled Timekeeping Specialist is needed to train employees on the importance of recording time, safety and janitorial protocols trainings, etc., in the Anaheim and Orange county Schedules are Part-time: Sunday thru Thursday- Sun- 9:30 am to 3:00 pm/ Monday to Thursday 5:30 pm to 11:00 pm Occasionally required to work Fridays ** Looking to Hire Immediately for Available Positions ** Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Including but not limited to): >Responsible for scheduling all trainings, new hired orientations, communicating with employees and resolving timekeeping issues or concerns promptly and effectively. >Submit employees punches reports to assure their hours are recorded correctly. >Establish and maintain job performance standards. >Conduct orientation and safety training for new employees. >Make recommendations for changes and improvements in work areas as needed. >Perform weekly building inspections and retrain employees to maintain high standards. >Maintain all safety protocols and submit reports as needed. >Provide hands on trainings as required. >Report any issues, incidents or accidents to immediate supervisor. >Perform other duties as required. Requirements: -Ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish. -Must have a Valid Driver license and proof of insurance with a clean DMV record. -Must be able to pass a background check. -Supervisory experience is a must. -Must be accountable, take ownership, be a team player, be trustworthy and treat employees with respect. -Basic computer skills - Apple preferred. Must have a reliable transportation. -Must be able be able to take directions, work with minimal supervision and to function cooperatively as part of a team. -Must follow up on issues on a timely manner. -Must be detailed oriented. -Must take pride on delivering excellent customer service and possess high level of energy and endurance.
