Skills & Qualification: - Must be personable, articulate, knowledgeable & professional - Good punctuality is a MUST - Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs - Must be able to stand for long periods of time PRODUCTION ASSISTANT JOB SUMMARY: Assist the Operator/Lead as needed to ensure production timelines are met. May at times assist the Operator/Lead with the set-up of the machine. Follow all safety procedures, understand all safety equipment and adhere to the company safety policies and procedures. Also maintain the machines to include assisting the operator/lead with general maintenance and cleaning of the machine. MACHINE OPERATOR TRAINEE: Train to run the Sheeter machine and provide basic adjustments to the product as needed. Set up and operate the Sheeters to uphold quality per customer specifications in a timely manner to meet deadlines. Responsible for the quality of the product and does quality inspection check. Follow all safety procedures, understand all safety equipment and adhere to the company safety policies and procedures.
