The right candidate shall be accountable for providing an exceptional level of performance at all times in a professional manner. Duties/Responsibilities: Daily shipping requests via FedEx, UPS, and USPS Checking the quality of all outbound packages Provide tracking info to our customers Sending weekly shipping reports to supervisor and management members as required Receiving inbound shipments with proper inspection Familiar with processing claims and returns of freight Skills/Qualifications: Former e-commerce, drop shipping experience Able to work independently or as a team player without constant oversight Strong phone, inter-personal, follow up and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a busy and fast-paced environment Bilingual (Spanish) will be a big plus Please don't hesitate to call or email us with any questions!
