AT A MULTI-UNIT APARTMENT COMMUNITY IN NORTH HOUSTON!! Porter will do everything possible to keep businesses running cleanly and smoothly. Make sure that all areas of the property are neat, clean, free from clutter, and safe. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Pick up trash Sweeping Mopping Vacuuming or using industrial cleaning equipment to clean floors Cleaning and stocking bathrooms Remove any items left in units after move-outs, break apart large items, & put inside dumpsters. Be able to lift 50 lbs In addition, porters might run errands for employees, deliver items, move stock, or anything else that employees might need. Reliable transportation is required. Misc. labor experience is beneficial.
