Description
I couldn’t catch it, but there is a medium-sized, short-coat, moderately thin black chihuahua running loose around N Vickie Dr in Del City just off Reno Ave. Its tail was tucked and it looked lost. If you’re its owner, or just someone who can help, please check around that area and maybe you’ll have better luck in getting it to come to you than I did.
