Hoarder home in Plainfield, NJ needs immediate cleaning! This is an intensive labor job for a strong team with huge truck that can haul trash off the premises. Work will begin outside of home which seems to be a grill and a few lawn chairs. The left side of porch leading to house has more electronics than Best Buy. The right side is where all the mail had been tossed for years and that will be placed in a clear bag for family to sort out. In the hallway there is an insane amount of items on staircase and in the bedroom to the left the clothes have congregated on the floor. Mattress will be trashed and some of clothes and other items placed in bags. The kitchen is the grand finale as most of it is years of canned goods and old pots and pans.The refrigerator is huge and for some reason not one person has been able to get it out the front door; either the fridge grew bigger or the door shrank! Either way, it needs to be thrown out by any means necessary. The stove may need to go out as well, family will decide the day of cleaning. Bathroom is not that bad but do to wood damage, the floor is not stable so this will require careful cleaning. This task may take 2 days! If it is a 2 day job, the pay will be $1500 per day. If you can get everything done in one day the pay will be $4000. Payment will be issued at end of cleaning. Two family members will be present to guide you through the cleaning.
