Repair concrete stairs and add slabs

Please respond with a rough estimate. or response will be ignored. The job is in Rahway down the block from the train station looking to hire immediately before it gets too cold.. Description: I have 4 steps approximately 5ft wide that are brick. I would like to add stone slabs to the top of them. Some of the steps have already had this work done and I would like it to match what you see in the picture. I don't care if you cut around the railing or just do it between the railing whatever is easier I just want a smooth surface for people to walk on
