Prior management experience in Collision Center or Auto Body Shop required. Ability to see and apply knowledge to the collision repair processes. Skilled in handling and juggling work flows through the shop.Good at communicating with people and giving directions. Ability to supervise and motivate production techs Thorough knowledge of computer software, CCC One and Direct Repair Insurance relationships. Must be self-motivate and organized.
