Make Santa Lucia out of a cement paver that can be used as a fun decoration this holiday season. For ages 12+ The festival of Santa Lucia’s Day marks the beginning of the Christmas season in Scandinavia, and it is meant to bring hope and light during the darkest time of the year. The traditional festival of lights is celebrated in Sweden, Norway, and the Swedish-speaking areas of Finland on December 13 honoring Santa Lucia (St. Lucy). Participants will make Santa Lucia out of a cement paver that can be used as a fun decoration this holiday season. For all levels of artistic experience and ages 12 and up. $35 per person. Pam Day is an artist, selling yarn & hosting classes at Glädje. Art is a life-long passion for Pam. She has been interested in and creating art since she was a little girl. She has been teaching classes for over twelve years in rosemaling, knitting, glass fusing, painting, felting, alcohol ink and more.
