Posture, Performance & Pain - Intro to Functional Patterns Class is going down Sunday Nov. 14th at 10am.
This class will be broken into 3 blocks:
1. Myofascial Release - A high reward low risk solution to start rehydrating your body and undoing the restrictions that are impeding your movement.
2. Posture - Learn to balance and integrate your body to create a solid foundation for movement.
3. Dynamic Movement - Connect your lower and upper body in the context of dynamic movement.
