Part time orchard work

We have an organic orchard in Wailuku. Our orchard manager occasionally needs assistance with the bigger jobs. Right now we could use help spreading wheelbarrows full of chips to mulch our trees. If we connect, there would be more work in the future. I'd like to offer $15 per hour, but if you think it is worth more than that to move wood chips and maybe later do weeding, digging holes for new trees, etc, then please convince me. If you have experience growing fruit and vegetables, especially on Maui, let us know and we will see if there is more 'skilled' work we can provide. (but no skill needed for the work we currently need done) It is possible to walk here from a bus stop, but best if you have your own transportation. You will always leave with whatever fruit is ripe at the time. Thanks for considering it. I think we're an enjoyable place to work.
