$20 - 25/hour to start, depending on your experience.
20 hours per week to start and more when projects arise.
Will start as a subcontractor and will be expected to complete a W-9, in which if you make over $600 in the calendar year, you will be 1099'd at the end of the year and will be responsible for your own tax obligations to the State & Federal.
If all goes well, will consider putting on the payroll after the 1st of the year :)
This position has potential to increase in hours & pay depending on your results & capabilities over time.
Must be trustworthy, dependable, willing to work, hard worker, and be able to produce good quality work in a timely manner. Must be physically able to get down and clean a baseboard, slider door track, lift file boxes from shelves, climb up a ladder to change a light bulb or clean a ceiling fan, use a paint roller on a long pole, or wash & vacuum a car. Must be able to drive a stick shift, since might also cleaning cars for our rental car business, periodically.
The position could be full-time if you are able to complete another position as well: admin work, filing, data entry, running errands, experienced with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and QuickBooks (desktop & online).
Must have a valid driver's license and your own dependable vehicle. You will be expected to run errands and will be compensated for mileage.
