CLEANER/PART TIME PROPERTY MANAGER WANTED FOR CAPTAIN COOK HOME SEEKING A HOUSE CLEANER WHO IS AVAILABLE NOW TO CLEAN TWO BEDROOM HOUSE TO PREPARE FOR INCOMING LONG TERM TENANT. Also wanting the cleaner to do light property management work part time on an on-call basis. The property management work will include doing a walk through of the home and taking pictures of the home when tenants move out and when new tenants move in and filling in a move out and move in condition report form. Home is located in Captain Cook in Napoopoo Road area This is part time contract work on an as needed basis. $25/hour. Would you be available to clean our two bedroom home tomorrow?
