Four course autumnal dinner paired with 4 wine to complete a welcoming wine dinner experience. November's wine dinner is reminiscent of the comforting flavors one might find around their own Thanksgiving table. We start the dinner with a flavorful autumn vegetable Thanksgiving salad and paired with a wonderful sparkling Mumm Brut Prestige that would be a wonderful wine to bring to your won holiday special occasions. The second course features decadent sweet potato bites that bring everyone's favorite candied yams to a bite size appetizer. We paired this wonderful course with a Russian Valley Chardonnay that will bring a creamy buttery element to the flavor profile. Our main course features a delicious cranberry and rosemary roasted chicken with a homemade stuffing paired with Kenwood Pinot Noir, a wine that you'll love to bring home to your loved ones.
