Must be punctual, hardworking and motivated to do the job right the first time. Crew leaders must have good customer service skills and be able to talk professionally to the customers. Crew Leaders must be able to lift 30lbs multiple times in a day. Crew Leaders must be able to climb ladders. High School Diploma or GED required. Valid drivers license and driving record are required and applicants must be willing to take and pass a background check. Crews will be eligible for bonuses every 2 weeks after being employed for a 2 weeks. The Crew Leader position is a year round employment opportunity, seasonal help is also available. Crew members are responsible for staying on task on every job. Must be punctual, hardworking and motivated to do the job right the first time. Crew members are responsible for being able to work as a team without constant supervision, keeping work truck organized and being able to follow directions. Crew members must have good customer service skills and be able to talk professionally to the customers. Crew members must be able to lift 30lbs multiple times a day.
