The Cleveland BIPOC Doula Mixer A Sacred Moon Circle-Refresh, Restore, and Realign A collection care experience of breathwork, movement, and meditation. Join us we harness the energy of the Gibbous moon for an evening of restorative healing and sacred rest. This workshop will incorporate grounding breath work and mediation. The Moon Circle will be from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm Bring your yoga mat! This workshop will be facilitated by Ananda Sotherland. This event is open to any birth workers who identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, Person of Color). This is a safe space created for connection, community, and restoration. Your Birth Network is a full-service doula agency located in Cleveland Ohio. We support growing families so that they may thrive through their maternal health journey.
