Compensation: $16 per hour (over 40 hours paid at time and a half) Employment type: Full-time Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly compensation (every other week, direct deposit only) Work week: Monday - Friday, 730 am until 5 pm, 6 pm, sometimes later We are hiring immediately for the position of General Laborer 7:30 AM start, and finish in Warrenton VA Traveling and working in residential properties. Installing our products and troubleshoot problems with the work assigned, test the equipment, and clean up the job after completion, under the supervision of trained professionals. Those with previous experience in construction, general labor, and landscaping would be a good fit for this position. Loading and unloading materials and equipment. Digging trenches. Operating and tending machinery and equipment. Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans. Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties. Must be able to drive to and from Warrenton VA or get dropped off and picked up. Ability to see and hear industrial equipment moving around the job site. Requires face to face communication and contact with others (in person, telephone, email, or otherwise). Capable of working up to 12 hours carrying out assigned tasks as some jobs require. Capable of lifting 50 lbs. frequently during the day. Must be able to start work on time everyday. Sometimes working in very hot (above 100F) or very cold (below 30F) temperatures and the ability to wear all required safety PPE in these conditions. Walk and stand for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor. Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling or carrying objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue; and effectively lifts and carries heavy loads. Ability to grind it out every day knowing that hard work is rewarded. Position requires drug screening, felony screening, and DUI screening. As a representative of the company, individuals should be well groomed. Must not have a DUI, DWI or Drug conviction within the last year. If you do you will not be hired.
